Transportation will be provided for all guests who have booked a nights stay at the Springhill Suites.

You may also use this transportation if you are choosing to Uber. We ask if you do plan to Uber you Uber to the hotel and ride the transportation provided to and from the hotel. Securing an Uber from the venue at the end of the night may be challenging.

Please arrive at the hotel lobby no later then 3:00 PM. The bus will be leaving promptly at 3:15 PM.

Transportation back to the hotel will be at the conclusion of the reception- approximately 10:00 PM.

Any vehicles left overnight at the venue MUST be picked up by 10:30 AM Saturday.
